On July 14, 2024, at approximately 6:45 PM, two suspects entered Planet Fitness, located at 11001 Main St. They discovered an unlocked locker containing a wallet and car keys. The suspects then stole the victim’s vehicle, a silver 2017 Toyota Corolla with Virginia license plate UMA9001.
Following the theft, the suspects attempted to use the victim’s credit cards to purchase $500 worth of Target gift cards. A license plate reader confirmed that the vehicle was last seen crossing into Maryland via the Woodrow Wilson Bridge early on July 15.
Local authorities are urging anyone with information on the suspects or the stolen vehicle to contact PFC Sanchez.
