Officers responded to the area of Blenheim Blvd. and Fairfax Blvd. for a FLOCK alert for a stolen license plate on a vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and detained the driver. Further investigation revealed that the driver was wanted out of Fairfax County. Bruce Foltz, 59, of Vienna was taken into custody and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was served his warrants from Fairfax County for petit larceny and violation of probation. Foltz was also charged with driving while DUI revoked. Foltz was held without bond. (2023-17126)

Officers determined that the driver was under the influence of narcotics. Ahmed Assaad, 30, of Fairfax was taken into custody and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. Assaad was held until he was deemed sober. (2023-17226)
