On September 7, 2023 City of Fairfax Police responded to 10090 Fairfax Boulevard, CVS, for an individual who had been stabbed. Investigation revealed that the victim had been stabbed multiple times by an acquaintance after an argument. The victim was transported to Fairfax Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Criminal Investigations Division investigated the incident and identified and located the suspect. Jose Daniel Serpas, 26, of No Fixed Address, was charged with one count of Malicious Wounding (18.2-51). Serpas was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held on no bond.
