On June 12, 2024, the City of Fairfax Police Department announced the arrest of Kwabena Yeboah, 30, of Bristow, in connection with a sexual assault case dating back to June 16, 2023.
In the early hours of June 16, 2023, police responded to a call at the 9500 block of Fairfax Boulevard regarding an unknown situation. Upon investigation, the victim reported being sexually assaulted by an individual they had met the previous night. Following a detailed investigation, detectives were able to identify Yeboah as the suspect and secured a warrant for his arrest.
On June 10, 2024, with the assistance of the Fairfax County Police Department, Yeboah was apprehended and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. He has been charged with rape under Virginia Code 18.2-61 and is currently being held without bond.
