In the early hours of July 22, 2024, City of Fairfax Police responded to a reported robbery at the 7-Eleven located at 3910 University Drive. At approximately 12:54 AM, an unidentified male suspect, masked and armed with a knife, entered the convenience store. The suspect demanded and took money and various merchandise before fleeing the scene. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident.
The investigation swiftly led to the arrest of Harley Pratt, 28, with no fixed address, on July 23, 2024. Pratt faces charges of Robbery (18.2-58), Trespassing (54-64), and Wearing a Mask in a Public Place (18.2-422). Following his arrest, Pratt was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he is currently being held without bond.
