City of Fairfax, June 25, 2024 — On June 23, 2024, at approximately 1:55 pm, City of Fairfax Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at the Wawa located at 9700 Fairfax Blvd. The victim had left their vehicle unlocked with the keys in the ignition while entering the business. Upon returning, they discovered their vehicle was missing.
Fairfax County Police later found the vehicle parked at the intersection of Arlington Blvd. and Covington St. The suspect, identified as 28-year-old Korbin Alan Roberts of No Fixed Address, was taken into custody without incident.
Roberts has been charged with one count of Grand Larceny, Auto Theft under Virginia Code 18.2-95. He is currently held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bond.
